Debbie worked for many years as an estate agent in London before relocating down to Hastings 15 years ago. Debbie conducts many of our accompanied viewings and has fantastic knowledge of the local area and valuable experience in all aspects of property.
Branch Partner John Sanderson, has nearly 30 years of estate agency experience and comes with a hugely successful sales record. John is born and bred in Bexhill and has worked right across the south east of England where he has built an exceptional understanding of the housing market having worked previously as an area manager in London and Kent. Sarah plays a key role in our sales progression team whilst supporting all areas of the business. Sarah plays a key role in our sales progression team and has over 30 year experience working locally in estate agency. Danny is part of our Sales Negotiator team. Due to Danny’s determination and drive for helping our clients sell and purchase properties he has already stated his estate agency career with outstanding sales results. Danny has excellent communication skills, a fantastic knowledge of our properties and a natural talent at matching the right properties to the right buyer.
Anna-Marie is our branch secretary and works closely with John and Josef to produce our high quality brochures and ensures that our properties are displayed in their best light to help secure a buyer at the best price. Anna Marie is also born and bred in Bexhill and has a real passion for properties.
Lyn is our viewings assistant and has a real passion for Bexhill and property, helping buyers to find the right property for them. Lyn really enjoys meeting our clients and provides them with sound knowledge and outstanding customer service.
Emily is part of our Sales Negotiator team and takes great pride and enjoyment in helping our clients, whether this be finding buyers the perfect property or selling properties for the maximum price. Ralph has been with Rush, Witt & Wilson for 20 years and knows Rye and the surrounding area better than anyone.

Clare has been with the company since 2006 and now in her 14th year with Rush Witt & Wilson. Committed to providing an excellent lettings & property management service from the initial valuation through to tenancy and property management, with the number of returning clients testament to the level of service provided. In her spare time she can be found spending time with her family, walking and exercise classes.
Sam is an experienced letting negotiator, now in her 5th year with the company. She deals with all areas of the lettings business with a wealth of knowledge on anything rental related. Having recently returned from Maternity leave after the birth of her first child, she is kept busy in her spare time with her young family.
Charlotte deals primarily with the property management. Liaising with tenants and Landlords alike to resolve all your property maintenance needs & arranging any required certification. She enjoys walking and cycling with her family in her free time.

After leaving the Armed Forces started as a junior negotiator and worked up to senior management. Worked in numerous locations throughout the UK but has most experience in Kent and on the Sussex Coast Now manages the highly successful business development unit of Rush Witt Wilson based out of Bexhill-On-Sea.
Grew up in Sussex before studying at a London University. 30 years experience in marketing, market research, agency & the property industry generally.
Stuart hatched his employment career into the world of Financial Services back in 1987 and actually started working for us 23 years ago and after 5 years of service running our original mortgage and Financial Services department. Taking a subsequent career change he has enjoyed an 18 year sabbatical enjoying working for Blue Chip Insurers , Broker Intermediary Sales Development Organisations specialising in account and sales development management . His background of former employers include HSBC , Funding Circle, Europe’s largest peer to peer business finance platform and most recently, Stuart trained as a property manager with a Lettings Agent to acquire knowledge and working practice looking after landlords and tenants and property management. Stuart re-joined us in 2019 and is now into his 7th year of service with Rush Witt & Wilson and currently works with all our branches by keeping in touch with our clients ensuring our customer service is maintained alongside supporting all our branches with arranging valuations . Stuart enjoys more of a rural lifestyle these days including tractors ,all things Land Rover and is a keen on outdoor construction projects in his spare time.
Steve started life at Andrews Financial Services in July 1989. He also worked for General Accident Property Services and Hambro Countrywide until the early 1990s when he joined Commercial Union Home Link trading as Agency Financial Services where he worked until 1998 and then decided the time was right to become an Independent Financial Adviser and has been with Sussex Independent ever since.
Steve has arranged a considerable number of mortgages over the years and related insurances and has a very detailed knowledge of the mortgage market.
Steve holds the Financial Planning Certificate, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice, the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release, and the Certificate in Regulated Customer Care.
Robert has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the wealth Management and Financial Planning arena and is Diploma qualified. Over the last 10 years he has been working closely with clients to help them to grow and protect their wealth.
Robert has worked for a leading UK bank as a private banking manager and brings with him a vast knowledge across many differing industries where he has tailored financial planning solutions for each of his clients to meet their individual needs.
Robert believes that the most important aspect of assisting his clients is the ability to listen to and understand their requirements to help them build on these aspirations, through cultivating long standing working relationships to advise them of the options available to achieve their objectives.

He is also a health “freak” having recently transformed his own health after a pre-diabetic diagnosis by his doctor. He lost five stone in just twelve months using intermittent fasting and exercise. He now keeps himself healthy and fit and encourages his clients to look after their own health as it’s the most valuable asset we own.
He is currently training for his first Triathlon ever at the ripe old age of 64 and believes that age is just a number. He often tells his clients, “health is wealth, look after your health as if your life depends upon it, because it does”
Alan joined Rush, Witt & Wilson in 1996. He was “sent away” after a year to be trained by respected local estate agent guru, Richard Popple (Father of Ralph at Rye and also responsible for training Mark Rush!) Returning in 1999, Alan worked in the sales office in Hastings, covering all aspects of the process before he was tasked with setting up the lettings department. He started doing some parts of his current job in 2002 before fully handing the lettings baton on in 2004. His current role as Operations Manager covers a multitude of “backroom” tasks that are required to run a successful company like Rush, Witt & Wilson. This role allows the Branch Partners to concentrate on the clients with out having to concern themselves with other things. According to his Twitter profile, Alan is a “Husband & father. Enthusiastic cricketer, skier & golfer with delusions of mediocrity. Keen cook sometimes found in whites at The Chilli Kitchen.”
Dixie started in estate agency as an office junior when she was just 18 and during her ‘30 something’ years experience has covered most of the roles within her field – administration, viewings, negotiating and sales progression. She started work for Rush Witt and Wilson 7 years ago after moving locally and has been a valued member of staff at both our Battle and Northiam offices. More recently she has taken on the task of producing Rush Witt and Wilsons leading property magazine – Preview.
