Alan Crouch

Alan joined Rush, Witt & Wilson in 1996. He was “sent away” after a year to be trained by respected local estate agent guru, Richard Popple (Father of Ralph at Rye and also responsible for training Mark Rush!) Returning in 1999, Alan worked in the sales office in Hastings, covering all aspects of the process before he was tasked with setting up the lettings department. He started doing some parts of his current job in 2002 before fully handing the lettings baton on in 2004. His current role as Operations Manager covers a multitude of “backroom” tasks that are required to run a successful company like Rush, Witt & Wilson. This role allows the Branch Partners & Managers to concentrate on the clients without having to concern themselves with other things. According to his X profile, Alan is a “Husband & father. Former cricketer & skier, enthusiastic golfer with delusions of mediocrity. Keen cook formally found in whites at The Chilli Kitchen.”
