Tess joined the company in May 2025 and has already proven herself to be a valuable addition. In her role as Negotiator, she assists with property viewings, gathers and delivers vendor feedback, and supports the sales team in ensuring every client receives a smooth and professional service.

With a natural flair for communication and a strong interest in property, Tess is building her skills and developing quickly within the role. Her approachable nature and enthusiasm make her a great point of contact for buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of the office, Tess enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and exploring new places. She also spends a lot of her free time in the countryside with her dogs and horses. She is excited to grow her career with the company and continue developing her expertise in the property industry.
