Kevin Perez-Diaz

I have been an estate agent for more than 25 years, starting off in the hectic and demanding London market, and then moving to East Sussex in 2009 to deal with country house sales.

My experience is wide and varied, having managed an agency in South West London and being Assistant Branch Manager at a number of other companies.

A university graduate in 2000 I have recently passed professional estate agency qualifications which can only help in my day to day work.

Working in the corporate sector was a challenge that I relished but I do now prefer being part of Rush Witt and Wilson. This is a privately run company that actually cares about its clients and buyers. This taps into one of my strengths which is understanding and dealing compassionately with the public. Add this to my methodical and thorough approach and I’d like to think that I would provide a client with an excellent service.

In my spare time I’m a keen runner and an avid pub quizzer. I live in the hope that this will keep both my body and mind ticking over!
