Negotiator – Rye Office

Sales Negotiator position available at our Rye Branch.

Key responsibilities of our Sales Negotiator

In this role you will be expected to register new applicants whilst also maintaining/updating the database, keeping records on applicants and ensuring feedback is recorded for vendors. Duties will also include booking and carrying out viewings and building relationships with applicants.

Other duties as our Sales Negotiator will include:

– Negotiating offers under the direction of the Sales Manager and communicating with all sales team members.

– Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors to actively promote company brand.

– Dealing with customer enquiries.

Skills and experience required of our Sales Negotiator

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience working in some form of sales environment, have a clean uk driving licence and be ready to progress their career as a Sales Negotiator. Candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed.

Other requirements:

– Must be customer service orientated, good people skills

– Financially driven with a motive to earn

– Hard working

– Organised

– Focused

– Excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable

We will also provide an incentivised salary package with a generous uncapped commission structure.

Business Development Officer – Bexhill Office

This position is for an office based, Telephone Sales, Estate Agent. The role entails contacting previous clients to ascertain when they may next be considering moving home and providing up to date market appraisals and other Estate Agency related services. This is not a cold calling position as all of our contacts are people who have had previously dealings with Rush Witt & Wilson. The ideal candidate must have had some Estate Agency experience and be comfortable and proficient in both telephone sales and telephone customer service. The role is exclusively office and telephone based and would be suitable for either a full or part time applicant.
