I enquired about a property and told the agent I was only available on Saturdays to view. She set up a time for this... Saturday. Shortly after I received a call from a male agent telling me an offer had been made and if I wanted to be a contender i had to see it before the weekend as the seller was about to accept the offer that day. I declined as i work in london. Then on Saturday II received a call from the original agent to confirm the viewing, as they had "convinced the seller to not accept the offer and look at others" . The male agent was very clear - if you dont come before Saturday its too late! This feels incredibly unprofessional -not only for the individual who made an offer, but the client as well as they lost a genuine buyer. in retrospect i don't believe an acceptance was imminent - the agent just wanted to hussle. I will not be using your services to find my new home, you have lost my trust.read more

Rush Witt & Wilson in Rye and Northiam have all been absolutely amazing! We sold through Rye and bought through... Northiam. We had our house for sale last year with another agent in Rye. They proved to be useless and arrogant. Then we thought... we would try RW&W. Ralph Popple came to value the house and was very reassuring and friendly. We felt very confident that the sale would be in good hands.
