The Bexhill office was the second Rush, Witt & Wilson office to open and is run by John Sanderson, Branch Partner. John is born and bred in Bexhill and is joined by his sister Sarah and his wife Sarah, notching up over 80 years of estate agency experience between them. Cannot recommend this Estate Agents based on our recent experience of “almost” selling through them. Our sale fell through which I only found out about by ringing for updates - Lack of communication including not returning phone calls, a rude and arrogant phone call from the manager when I requested going dual-agency, to name just a couple of things. There are much better Estate Agents to choose from in our local Town.

We were very happy with the personal attention given by every member of the team at RWW, and with the way in which all matters regarding the sale of our house were efficiently dealt with. Other agents in the chain themselves commented on the effective way RWW kept track of each movement in the various sales, so that everyone was in the picture at all times. There were a few occasions, especially nearing completion, when the chain was in danger of breaking, and RWW pulled out the stops to keep things on track. Result was a good sale achieved.

After the initial meeting I was really disappointed with their service at the Bexhill branch. Danny Power was the breath of fresh air but the others made me feel not important and not welcome whenever I contacted them or walked into the branch. Maybe the value was not high enough? Two of the sales fell through where I wasn’t given the full picture or full checks were done before they fell through, wasting time. As a first time seller a disappointing frustrating experience.

Can't recommend this firm highly enough. They valued our house accurately and sold it very quickly. The progress of the sale has not been entirely smooth for reasons beyond anyone's control but RWW's excellent progress chasing, led by Sarah Sanderson, has been energetic and effective, keeping us informed at all times and maintaining contact with all the other parties - home owners, solicitors and the other agents involved.. Often we have hit 'bumps in the road' and Sarah in particular, but the whole firm in general, have been effective in 'ironing' these out.

We are currently house hunting in Bexhill and have noticed the current trend for inflation in house prices. Many estate agents appear to be complicit in raising prices (and seller expectations) but we have found that Rush, Witt, and Wilson usually value their properties at a realistic and sensible rate. They are also honest about the properties they sell and don't attempt to pull the wool over your eyes. Thanks for bucking the trend and attempting to keep prices sensible!
