The Bexhill office was the second Rush, Witt & Wilson office to open and is run by John Sanderson, Branch Partner. John is born and bred in Bexhill and is joined by his sister Sarah and his wife Sarah, notching up over 80 years of estate agency experience between them. Can't recommend this firm highly enough. They valued our house accurately and sold it very quickly. The progress of the sale has not been entirely smooth for reasons beyond anyone's control but RWW's excellent progress chasing, led by Sarah Sanderson, has been energetic and effective, keeping us informed at all times and maintaining contact with all the other parties - home owners, solicitors and the other agents involved.. Often we have hit 'bumps in the road' and Sarah in particular, but the whole firm in general, have been effective in 'ironing' these out.

We are currently house hunting in Bexhill and have noticed the current trend for inflation in house prices. Many estate agents appear to be complicit in raising prices (and seller expectations) but we have found that Rush, Witt, and Wilson usually value their properties at a realistic and sensible rate. They are also honest about the properties they sell and don't attempt to pull the wool over your eyes. Thanks for bucking the trend and attempting to keep prices sensible!
Our experience was positive from first meeting. A very professional introduction to the company and approach to selling our house. Details of our house went live on Thursday afternoon.
