In 1993 we opened our first office. It was in Hastings in a substantial Victorian derelict halfway up Havelock Road. Despite the appalling economic conditions, leaking roof and seagulls for tenants the business flourished with the support and loyalty of the residents of the Town. It is thanks to you that we are now the most successful agent in 1066 Country. We sacrificed these premises in 2007 to make way for Lacuna Place the heart of the Hastings regeneration programme and relocated 100 yards down the road to our luxurious newly created premises.

A long haul but we got there! The team at the Rye office have been incredibly diligent during the process of selling my late father's property. From a sensible evaluation of the property, well managed viewings and securing a buyer, the process has been extremely well managed. The team at Rye have been unfailingly helpful and have communicated information quickly and clearly. Whilst not the showiest of the agents we interviewed, their long-standing in the local market and knowledge of the area made them a safe pair of hands. Professional but also friendly, they have been easy to work with.

What can I say??? RWW are the best around, that's it! It has taken us a year to move but every single day of that year we were treated as if it was the first. It's not about the profit, its about getting you into the right house for you and your family. I can honestly say as a company they were faultless and Joe, what an absolute hero working tirelessly to get us over the line. Guy completely understood our needs and the value of our house and how to market it and successfully found us a buyer in a week. Joe then went on to skilfully negotiate a successful sale. We sold two properties and bought one through Rush Wish & Wilson this year and we were extremely impressed with their services. We sold during Covid restrictions and they produced an amazing video of our property which sold on the strength of this. They also managed to secure our ‘dream home’ when we were struggling to find anything we liked. They were never ‘pushy’ like some other agents and always friendly, attentive, responsive, professional and better value than a lot of the other local agents. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

After a false start in trying to sell our house with another local estate agents, the staff at Rush Witt & Wilson really took us under their wing and looked after us.Nothing was too much trouble for them.From selling our property (twice!) super speedily to matching us with our perfect home to buy, every contact we had with them was positive and hugely helpful.Even when the road to completion didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped, the staff there were supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. Their customer service is second to none and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to all and sundry!

Justin along with all the RWW Hastings team have worked extremely hard to secure a sale on our property. We did not have the most straight forward sale, but they worked with us, and our buyers to keep everything together and ensure the sale went through within the stamp duty holiday. Amazing working with the team at Rush Witt from buying my house 3 years ago and selling it recently. I had spoke to nearly every member of the team and couldn’t believe how much passion they have and there customer service skills were incredible. We bought our first house through Rush, Witt and Wilson 19 years ago. Based on our experience with them back then, when we decided to sell we went to Rush Witt and Wilson again, this time as the vendors. We are so glad we did so. We had found our dream home in our dream location and we needed a buyer ASAP. Rush, Witt and Wilson found us a buyer extremely quickly, at a price we were happy with. As the sale progressed, to no fault of Rush, Witt and Wilson, it became apparent that there were problems within the small chain, causing delays with the process, and threatening the purchase of our soon to be new home. Ultimately the vendor of our intended property then issued a deadline for us to exchange, or lose it completely. We therefore decided to pull out of our sale, and needed a new buyer quickly. To their credit Rush, Witt and Wilson found us another buyer through their contacts, and we exchanged within a little over four weeks, and completed one week later. As our vendor stated, Rush, Witt and Wilson had managed to pull a rabbit from a hat. And here we are, sitting in our dream home, and absolutely delighted.As for Rush, Witt and Wilson on a day to day basis, we found them first class. We had contact with every one of the Hastings office, and all are polite, efficient, approachable and available for advice. Telephone calls are answered promptly, and your calls are returned. As our day to day contact Amy was first class throughout, as was Mark who handled the initial sale process. But its credit to the whole team who we hold in high regard. Our heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude goes out to them.

My experience with Justin has been a good one. He supported my purchase towards the end of the sale however, was polite, informative and kept me updated as we crossed the final stages.The sale has progressed in a timely manner. I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 as I would say the communications only increased towards the end. It would of been great to have been updated on progress a little more at the start and middle of the process. Being a first time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect and sometimes a little reassurance would have been good just so I had confidence that everything was going to plan.However, I would recommend and use Rush Witt again in the future

At the beginning Mark was very accommodating to our specific needs and was extremely professional in signing us up.Justin then managed to sell our flat in 3 days! Fantastic work, even negotiating went smoothly.Lucy was great showing us around a number of properties during viewings and showed us a property we eventually decided we wanted. After waiting for Covid and another opportunity, we decided to pull out, no fault of RWW.Finally, Amie enabled the sale to speed up and be more efficient allowing us to move in to a beautiful rental property!All in all, fantastic team effort, even through uncertain times! Amie Kendrick

Amie, our amazing sales manager, is the backbone to our office. Hastings born and bred, there isn’t a person in the town that doesn’t know Amie, she has worked for Rush Witt & Wilson now for over 20 years and has successfully assisted many clients over the years. With her expertise in the industry, Amie keeps all our sales running smoothly, liaising with buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents. Amie is a superb asset to the sales team and is often referred to as an oracle, as she has such a good memory for property and buyers that she has gained from years of loyal service, helping many clients move whom have gone on to recommend our services.

Amie’s hobbies include spending time with her family, exercise classes and socialising with her friends.

Our branch manager Marc has many year’s experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Born and bred in Hastings Marc has built a fantastic reputation, that brings many repeat clients that he has successfully helped over the years. Scott is an experienced property expert with over 9 years experience and is born and bred in the town. He has an infectious personality with a huge passion for the customers journey. Beth Humphryes

Beth has recently joined us from the hospitality sector, having left school with excellent grades, Beth had many options but with the pandemic decided against university and started working for a successful restaurant where she worked her way up. We met Beth at our Christmas work event, where we saw her talent for customer service and attention to detail. Having steered her to work for us, her personality lights up the room and she has been a great asset to the team, where Beth feels she has a great career with us. Beth’s main role is carrying out viewings, client care and liaising with buyers.

Beth enjoys travelling, spending time in the gym and socialising with her friends.

Liam Nixon

Liam has recently rejoined our team after a year away at a local competitor within the town. We are delighted to have him back, as he brings great experience and has a long history of achieving sales. Liam works very well alongside Callum and always has the phone attached to him calling buyers and vendors throughout the day. Liam has a real passion in property and is brilliant at matching buyers to their new home.

Liam loves spending time with his girlfriend travelling around the UK and abroad.  He also enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with his friends.
