Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Ordinally we do not charge a fee for mortgage advice as we receive a procuration fee from the lender which does not impact the product, your rate or monthly mortgage payment in any way. In some circumstances, if a significant amount of administration or work is required on a more complex case, such as debt management and/or a sub-prime mortgage for example, we may charge a fee for the additional work undertaken and we would agree this with you up front.

The FCA does not regulate Wills, commercial mortgages, bridging loans and some forms of buy to let mortgages.

Clive Packham CeMAP CertPFS, Mortgage Adviser

Email: [email protected]

Clive loves helping his clients to buy their dream homes. With over 12 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser, he has built up an extensive knowledge of the often-confusing mortgage market to ensure his clients purchase or remortgage goes as smoothly as possible.

He specialises in guiding first time buyers through the maze of the mortgage market ensuring that they fully understand one of the most important purchases of their lives. Their very first home together. Making the whole process as painless as possible.

He has furthermore helped many of his clients to go on and build rental property portfolios with the view to a prosperous and enjoyable retirement.

Clive’s aim is simple. To find you the best mortgage for your needs and to then make the whole process as smooth and trouble free as possible.

He is also a health “freak” having recently transformed his own health after a pre-diabetic diagnosis by his doctor. He lost five stone in just twelve months using intermittent fasting and exercise. He now keeps himself healthy and fit and encourages his clients to look after their own health as it’s the most valuable asset we own.

He is currently training for his first Triathlon ever at the ripe old age of 64 and believes that age is just a number. He often tells his clients, “health is wealth, look after your health as if your life depends upon it, because it does”

Clive is based in the Bexhill-on-Sea office of Rush, Witt & Wilson.

Clive works with Sussex Independent Financial Advisers Limited – Chartered Financial Planners & Accountants, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FCA number 207490.
