We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years but I have to say without a shadow of doubt the Battle... branch of Rush Witt & Wilson are the best estate agents we have ever used. We bought our house through them a number of years ago and even though it was a tricky purchase, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we decided to sell our home we did of course get three valuations but really there was only going to be one estate agent we were going to use. David (the manger) is an absolute pleasure to deal with, he as well as the rest of the team (Tim, Emma, Kate and Harriet) went above and beyond when they sold our home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and when you consider the challenges that we are all having in a COVID world, that reassurance and professionalism was priceless. Hi David,We felt we had drop you a line to let you know how impressed we have been with you, your team and Rush Witt... & Wilson in the sale of our house.We were very confident to give you the contract following the time you spent with us on your initial visit and the consideration you took in both setting the price and the marketing strategy to be adopted.Next, the quality of the sales particulars and accompanying photography was exceptional: we have previously needed to almost completely rewrite the details for other properties we have sold, but only needed to make nominal changes to produce the final signed off version.Your staff did an excellent job in the viewings, with fantastic diligence in keeping to Covid guidelines and in their reassurances to us. We were delighted to receive fast and an acceptable offer following your negotiations with the buyers.Finally, and perhaps more importantly, we have been really impressed with the sales progression. In particular both Hattie and Kate were excellent in chasing the buyers and their solicitors, providing us with regular and timely updates and responding to our requests for information and assistance.
