Meet Samantha Cosson

Having worked as a lettings negotiator for over 8 years at Rush Witt & Wilson, Samantha brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Her role covers all areas of lettings, but with a strong focus on property management. This role can vary from conducting property inspections to supporting landlords with ongoing compliance. Regardless of the task, Samantha plays a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

It is a role that requires organisation and a good understanding of ever-changing legislation. This is something Samantha has built up through years of hands-on experience.

When asked what she finds most rewarding, she says it is hearing that both tenants and landlords enjoy working with Rush Witt & Wilson. This gives her a sense of satisfaction knowing that her work is genuinely appreciated.

Samantha is keen to challenge a common misconception about estate agency. There is sometimes a belief that agents are not always honest, but she is keen to stress that she is passionate about transparency and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout, regardless of what she has to tell them.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. Her perfect day off would be a relaxed family day with lunch out.

If she could try a completely different career for a day, she would choose to work with the elderly.

Given the chance to have dinner with a well-known figure, Samantha would choose David Attenborough. We are sure his stories would make for a fascinating conversation.

Something people may be surprised to learn is that Samantha once travelled to Thailand on her own for six weeks. This is an experience she will never forget.

At Rush Witt & Wilson, we are proud to have Samantha as part of our lettings team, combining experience, care and a genuine commitment to both landlords and tenants.
